General
This website is owned and operated by
HMS Forensics and is made available on
the following terms and conditions. By
using this website you accept these
terms and conditions, which shall be
interpreted according to the law as
practiced in the State of California.
Data protection
Personal data provided by you will be
kept in accordance with the HMS
Forensics
privacy policy.
Server/Account abuse
HMS Forensics obtains your IP address
for security purposes. Each customer who
wishes to use our product database is
required to register some basic
information. When you register your IP
address is logged.
If at any time, information you submit
for your registration is found to be
false and or misleading, the user will
receive an email confirming their
account is DISABLED and instructions on
how to resolve the issue. If the issues
is not resolved within 15 days of the
date of the email, the account will be
deleted by the account administrator.
If any registered user commits or tries
to commit malice the account will be
deleted immediately and the IP address
will be blocked.
License
You are entitled to access and search
HMS Forensics for your own personal use.
Any requests for permission to reprint
content or make an article free to all
visitors to the website may be sent to
sales@hmsforensics.com.
You acknowledge that the copyright and
all other intellectual property rights
in the service belong to the HMS
